Add your Velocity membership number to your booking to ensure the appropriate seats, available for your level of membership, are displayed correctly. Receive priority when you waitlist for an UpgradeMe Points Upgrade on your upcoming Virgin Australia operated domestic or international short-haul flight with a VA flight number.

Request a waitlist booking for a seat in a cabin if all seats in the desired cabin of a Virgin Australia operated flight, with a VA flight number are fully booked. If you've already made a booking directly with Virgin Australia: If your priority waitlist is successful, the fare payable will be a full Economy or Business Class fare.
If you've already made a booking with a travel agent or another third party: If your priority waitlist is succesful, the fare payable will be a full Economy Flex or Business Class fare. As a Gold member, you will be able to redeem an Economy Reward Seat, for one trip per year to a selected domestic destination within Australia when travelling with Virgin Australia. The Guaranteed Economy Reward Seats must be booked at least six months prior to the desired departure date and allow one day either side of the desired departure and return dates.
